Both are used in Pleurisy. Of course Bry in its king remedy

In chronic catarrh of the chest, these two remedies are very similar, esp when the sputum is thick and stringy (Seneg).

Difference

Both are Pneumonia remedies, but Bry is used in the early and Ant-t in the final stages.
