Types
There are two kind of vertigo, True and False
- True vertigo has turning sensation weather he is turning around others or others turns around him.
- False vertigo: The patient dose not have turning sensation. He has Unsteadiness or Dizziness:
Miasmatic analysis
- False vertigo: Ataxia + Unsteadiness: STLE
- True vertigo Vestibular ataxia has two types
- Sensory: His ataxia is not dependent to visual information, since there is problem in Propioceptive information comming to Brain
- Cerebellar: His ataxia could be corrected by visual information. Since there is no problem in Propioceptive information comming to Brain and cerebellar function is disturbed. So opening eyes is important to amel Ataxia. This would be named Positive Rhomberg test.
