Both are used in inflammatory advanced fevers along with Acon
Both are useful in Intermittent fevers + Sleepiness and Slowness (Similar to malaria). Their periodicity is very similar

Ars is clearly restless. Full pulse, hot and dry skin. Anxiety and fear of death are indicators of Ars. Ars inflammation leads to tissue destruction. Symptoms worsen at midnight. He has a burning thirst, but drinks sips or even refuses water because it agg his symptoms.
Sul 's fever are Dry and Hot
