Deep Insecurity

• Stram is one of the best Sehgal Remedies in Sehgal Method

• Stram is very commonly used in practice
• It is proscribed in three different modes:

1. When patient's situation is critical
2. The patient has frequent Stram flare-ups, but now he is not in that state. Because he cannot remain in the acute state for a long time. So you guess that he uses compensatory mechanisms. However, you should start treatment with Stram!
3. You deal with the complications of the disease. For example, a hyperactive and very brave child who climbs even the wall, but this hyperactivity is the result and reaction and compensatory response to a fundamental fear that needs to be treated. In other words, the child is not scared because he has compensated for it with a defense mechanism.

Stram behavior

• Patients who panic at your unavailability. Many homeopaths mistakenly attribute this condition to Ars, but this condition only requires Stram. On the other hand, many Ars need Stram during treatment.
• Patients who start praising you from the beginning and letting you know they want to trust you completely, may be Stram or Ars.
  • Ars wants to let you know that he trusts you with the recommendation of friends, therefor you should pay special attention to him.

  • Whenever you feel that the separation of the patient from a space leads to a feeling of insecurity/fear, give Stram (esp in Critical/ Intense situation).

• Calc-Stram and Caust-Stram relationships are very important and common
• In these cases, be sure to start with stram.

Stram has wild delirium and madness. He becomes very violent and active and assumes a wild and criminal attitude

• Bell has fever and moodiness only during disease relapses. Even if there is no fever, it is very hot

• Hyos in frenzy often has no fever.

in acute fever first give Bell, second Stram and third Hyos

Anxiety when hearing the sound of water: Lyss, Canth, Bel, Hyos, Stram

Stram is afraid of water, mirrors, fire and shiny objects. The most similar remedy in this case is Lyss.(Lyss ₳ Stram)

Meningoencephalitis

Here stram stand next to Hell (Hell ₳ Stram)

Hell: complete anesthesia caused by brain congestion, inflammation or hydrocephalus, meningitis +encephalitis

Hell unlike Bell, Stram does not have delirium and brutality and becomes paralyzed and unconscious

Stram: Cerebral congestion leads to semi-anesthesia +wildness + furrowed brow + intense mental activity
