- It is a disease, with two entities: Seizure + Clonus
- Clonus is an entity which has 4 miasms: CJD, JE, FFI and EEE
- A tonic seizure causes a sudden stiffness or tension in the muscles of the arms, legs or trunk. This would suggest the Rigidity entity.
- There is a special form of Tonic-Clonic seizure which is named Generalized tonic–clonic seizure. It has also Coma entity
