Both of them have Neuralgic pains esp Face / Stomach / Abdomen

Abdominal Colic / Cramp Pain which amel with external pressure esp great pressure.

Pain is amel by lying on stomach or in fetal position

Of course the first remedy is Coloc. If it was not effective and the disease has chronic / Deep nature, Stann would be useful.
