Acon ₳ Spong

Both are panic remedies: Fear and restlessness, Fear of death, Fever and excitement
Both are croup remedies, Both have Croup + spastic coughs
Both have croup coughs before midnight like barking dog. It is better to give Acon first, then Spong
But if Acon controls coughs and nocturnal croup and it starts again the next night, give Spong. However, if the coughs and croup start the next morning, Hep is a good choice. Hep goes to rattling and Spong goes to roughness

Spong is much more profound than Acon.
Spong has milder croup attacks and peaks within days.
Acon croup occurs in the night after exposure to cold and dry wind
Spong is famous for Dry spastic cough before midnight . He had a cold yesterday and suddenly has a rough cough, sneezing and dry respiratory tract.
