She feels annoyed when finds herself unable to bring desired change and finds it useless to continue further, in her efforts.
She will stop further actions in a very strong resentful mood snapping relations from the source of cause

When patient faces his illness in a hopeless / Despair manner, there are three states

Disconcerted Ign	Interpretation: My hands are up. I cannot bear anymore which you mean agg, etc I am sorry I am abandoning your treatment. My capacity to continue with your treatment has totally exhausted Accepts the defeat and ceases further efforts.
Recognizes, everything but cannot move/ Catalepsy in Cocc, Sang	He tells you without any emotions that he knows that his disease is not curable then why should he worry about it? My job is to make efforts and not think beyond that. He becomes despair from recovery but something (Maybe caring for his family members) make him not stopping his treatment.	Sang tells you as a doctor that you are the last hope of him. He will not go to any doctor after you.
Defiant	It is another side of these two rubrics. He wants to live as a healthy man. I must get well, whatever may be the cost and whatever may be the effort or I will commit suicide.



	D: Why did not you come earlier for treatment? P: For 2 years I have left all treatment. In the beginning I had taken a lot of treatment. I tried almost all the good doctors. Ultimately I left all the treatment. Even today I have no hope of having any relief. I don’t want to take any medicine. It is because of my husband’s persuasion that I agreed to come. What is the use of taking treatment?
