Alet is a small remedy which is always prescribed for a great weakness which is not appropriate to the volume of Menorrhagia.
It is equivalent to Chin in the uterus (dehydration and anemia and severe weakness due to bleeding).
Its bleeding rate is between Phos and Sabin.
Alet is a small, one-sided Sep with conditions between acute and chronic.
