The king remedy of Trauma, esp blunt trauma.
It is Contradicted in sharp trauma with active bleeding.
Arn is always useful as the first remedy for trauma but some other remedies may be prescribed to complete the treatment.

In acute and massive trauma he may become Apathetic and hopeless

Eye bleeding due to trauma (Phos, Ham)
Teeth pain before/After dentist procedures (Arn, Hyper, Ruta)
Joint direct trauma (Bry)
In Thypoid fever (intermittent fever with gastric symptoms such as nausea/vomiting) when he has offensive perspiration + general soreness all over his body, Arn is usefull (Bapt)
In Mosquito bites the first remedy is Apis. After it Arn, Canth, Led maybe needed.
