Ars ₳ Kali-c

Both of them have anxiety/tiredness/heartbreak and don't like to be alone.

Ars is Skeptical / Suspicious and you don't feel comfortable with him but Kali-c is just accurate.
Both of them has written down their illnesses and must read them to the end. But Ars does it suspiciously and Kali-c politely.
In treatment progress, Kali-c draws charts of his sign / Symptoms and be happy when treatment is progressing but Ars is always complaining and is always worried about the possibility of a recurrence of his disease.
