Both of them start from a same point but Sep become more indifferent and Cimic more insane.
Similar:
- Both of them are used in postpartum depression.
- Depression, sadness, indifference, involuntary crying.
- She does not know why she has these conditions.
Example:
A person whose husband has a severe, prolonged, and debilitating illness. The husband has become immoral due to his illness and she has to take care of him without being appreciated. Despite this unfortunate situation, she does not think about divorcing and abandoning his husband for any reason. This would lead her to Sep /Cimic situation.

Difference:
- Cimic is fully aware of her problem and feels it was too early to get caught.
- Sep does not feel stuck
- Sep feels that she has to do what she does not like, which is why she becomes indifferent
- Sep thinks about divorce in marital matters, but Cimic is completely stuck and does not think about divorce.
- Cimic is sad but not indifferent.
- Sep gets better with Occupation, which means he works to improve her mood
- Cimic is much more active, like the 50-year-olds who once started swimming, yoga and music classes.
