Difference

• Desire is a wish which is may not be fulfilled
• Want has obligation in it. The patient is not satisfied with failure. You cannot bargain with him. He makes you forcefully to do his wanting.

Examples

• Carried desire to be: He request you to carry him
• Naked wants: He gets naked, without asking you if you agree or not
