• We can use this rubric only for those patients, who feel that due to their problem they have become useless and are not going to be productive anymore, like a sick industry. Here though in reality they are suffering from an illness but, the unreal feeling which is the product of patient's imagination makes him to feel unproductive or useless. Patient says, "Due to my illness, I am continuing to feel unproductive.
