• Faciobrachial dystonic seizure (FBDS) is highly characteristic of LGI1 antibody encephalitis
• It is characterized by frequent (up to 40–50 per day), brief (lasting seconds) dystonic movements of the ipsilateral face and arm
• It can sometimes involve the leg
