• Also called mouth Candidiasis
• It is a fungal infection due to any type of Candida (a type of yeast). When it affects the mouth, in some countries it is commonly called thrush.
• Signs / Symptoms include white patches on the tongue or other areas of the mouth and throat.
• Other symptoms may include soreness and problems swallowing.
• It is characterized by white discolorations in the tongue, around the mouth, and in the throat. Irritation may also occur, causing discomfort when swallowing.
• Thrush is commonly seen in infants. It is not considered abnormal in infants unless it lasts longer than a few weeks.
• Aphthous stomatitis is its inter related entity.

First line	Merc C200 two dose daily for Glossitis Candidiasis In acute condition, it can be increased to one dose every three hours KM 3X two doses daily.
Second line	Nit-ac C3 two doses daily KM 3X two doses daily.
