Head & face
Trigeminal neuralgia
- King remedy of Neuralgic pains Sharp / Bothersome / Needle -like pains (Ran-b)
- SRP: Trigeminal neuralgia + Left-sided Rhinorrhea / Lachrymation (Aur ₳ Spig) (Mag-p ₳ Spig) (Coloc ₳ Spig)
- Violent pain (Esp used in Nat-m Flare-up) (Nat-m ₳ Spig)
- Eyes are usually involved, even there is no obvious problem, A little Tears / Redness can be seen.
- Spig does not cover rash but does cover post herpetic neuralgia. It means that, Spig is a good starter but the treatment should be continued by some miasmatic remedies.
- Suppression of VZV eruptions also leads to Trigeminal neuralgia
- Facial pain + Eye problems. Even the eye can be the center of pain.
- Severe pain involving the left side of Occiput / Left eye.
- Pain makes the patient extremely disturbed and confused.
- He feels that his eyes are enlarged.
Headache
- Cluster Headaches
- Headaches are extending, left-sided , eye- involved. ( Boger)

Sinusitis
- A common cold which is localized on left side of Rhinitis/Sinusitis (Discharge)+ Left side Lachrymation
- Maxillary sinuses are involved and have mucoid secretions, indicating a strong catarrhal characteristic.
- Neuralgic facial pain on the left side + Nasal discharge on the same side
- Left sinus neuralgic pains (Maxillary or frontal)
Toothache:
- Gnawing / Sharp toothache
- Accompanied by Fainting / Weakness
Palpitations
- Palpitations are a major symptom.
- Heart-rate is very Intense Palpable and Visible.(Glon) (Glon ₳ Spig)
- The patient easily palpitates. (Phos)
- Palpitations is a common concomitant for headache or vice versa
Cardiac angina
- Chest neuralgic pains that are less similar to Angina pectoris and more similar to pleurisy or muscle pain and which leads to oppression and
- Painful breathe esp exhalation. (Kalm, Ran-b) (Ran-b ₳ Spig)
- Headache / Eye problems accompanied by Chest neuralgic
Modalities:
- Pain amel by lying with the head elevated.
- Movement agg
- Confused and disturbed with pain
Other points
- Dizziness in which the patient feels that his legs are higher than his head.
- Pain around the navel in children
- Tinnitus and hearing loss to some extent
- The patient's pulse is fast, strong, audible and vibrating.
