Trigeminal neuralgia

  • Violent pain esp used in Nat-m Flare-ups (Nat-m ₳ Spig)
  • Eyes are usually involved, even there is no obvious problem, A little Tears / Redness can be seen.
  • Spig does not cover rash but does cover post herpetic neuralgia. It means that, Spig is a good starter but the treatment should be continued by some miasmatic remedies.
  • Suppression of VZV eruptions also leads to Trigeminal neuralgia
  • Facial pain + Eye problems. Even the eye can be the center of pain.
  • Severe pain involving the left side of Occiput / Left eye.
  • Pain makes the patient extremely disturbed and confused.
  • He feels that his eyes are enlarged.


Headache

  • Confused and disturbed with pain


Other points

  • Dizziness in which the patient feels that his legs are higher than his head.
  • Pain around the navel in children
  • Tinnitus and hearing loss to some extent
  • The patient's pulse is fast, strong, audible and vibrating.
