- First of all, it should be mentioned that, COE is a self-made definition in order to convey a specific meaning.
- As I mentioned in Three Level Theory, the aim of TLT is to clarify the borders of entities in order to relate every entity to one or some miasms.
- But there are some entities that could not be connected to a specific miasm. Of course all of entities are nessecarily caused by miasms but our knowledge in not complete enough. Since these ambiguous entities play a key role in disease, I was looking for a solution, until I realized some coincidences
- . In other words, these entities create a network with the common denominator of these entities. I named this network COE so I can solve the mystery of these patients with the help of fuzzy common entities. For example, in the case of MDD, we have a series of unknown entities, which causes such a complicated problem. Interestingly we have same entitles in fibromyalgia, CFS and Celiac disease. Accidentally the mentioned disease are also have no definite treatment in classic medicine. COE theory may help us in these vague situations. According to my theory these disease have a same COE, Which I could name 3IFMC.
- and at the same time has several faces and we only know that these patients have Fatigue, Anhedonia, diffuse and vague pains, autonomic system disorders, etc. The same is true for entities. Interestingly, these entities are also completely unknown and multi-faceted, and all four have a strong comorbidity relationship with each other.
