These two Sehgal rubrics are similar to each other
- Careful patient is only careful in doing his job. They avoid from their agg modalities, but cautious patient does nothing since it may be harmful for him
- Cautious has a good sub rubric, which belongs to Sehgal Second Degree Rubric
- Cautious, anxiously: Bar-c, Carc, Caust, Lyc, Puls, Sil, Sul
- Calc / Cocc / Ars / Nux-v / Hyos is Careful but not Cautious anxious
- Caust is cautious anxious but not Careful
- Cares, full of trifles about: Bar-c is Cautious anxious and Cares, full of trifles
