Clinic
- It is a small herbal remedy with liver application (Card-m ₳ Chel)
- Native to the northern regions of Iran
- Severe pain: The pain is worse when sleeping on the left side
- Severe splenomegaly (Card-m ₳ Chin)
- Hepatomegaly: Card-m is not a disease that presents with symptoms of primary inflammation of the liver such as jaundice, but is mostly used in more chronic cases such as gallstones, congestion, ascites, cirrhosis and liver cancer.
- Horizontal and painful hepatomegaly: Unlike Chel, whose hepatomegaly is vertical. This means that more enlargement has occurred in the left lobe of the liver and the liver has progressed to the left.
- Bad-Temperament: Like other liver and biliary remedies, the patient is irritable and has no desire to listen. (Chel, Nux-v, Chin, Lyc, Podo) (Card-m ₳ Lyc), (Card-m ₳ Podo)
- Chilly, cold agg (Card-m ₳ Nux-v)
Pain
- Pain is the main indicator
- Sensitivity of liver to touch, pressure and movement
- The nature of the pain is Dragging, which means the feeling of the liver being pulled, although not downwards like famous remedies such as Sep, Bell, Agar, but it means being pulled to the left side, that is, to the same side as it is lying.
