Both are useful for Menopausal headache

Both are female remedies. As much as Lach likes to be a woman, Sep hates it.

Lach menses continue even during menopause.
Lach has Vicarious period.
All her problems will get better with her period. (Opposite to sep)
Lach has Nymphomania. (Opposite to Sep who is completely nervous and painful before, during and after menses)
