Hysteria

• Hysterical anger caused by grief
• Tightness / Compression / Suffocation:
  • Amel by lying on the back and raising the shoulders
  • Agg by lying down without a pillow
  • Esp in the chest, esophagus, heart and throat
  • As if someone grabbed his throat with his hand (Spong)

Angina pectoris
Feeling of squeezing or grasping Neuralgic heart pains Heart beat and marble Congestion/ Tightness/ Pressure/ Heaviness in heart Lying down is impossible.	Dyspnea/ Tightness in his chest Intermittent Dyspnea that improves when lying on the back with arms raised. Agg when he lowers his head. Palpitations esp with activity 11 AM to 11 PM agg

Headache

• Pressing pain in the crown of the head
• Congestive headache (Fullness/ Heat)
• Esp due to Mental / Physical work
• Amel with pressure
• Severe constrictive pain that makes the patient cry.

Region Basic feelings

• Congestion/ Heaviness/ Heat Esp in head, chest and heart area
• Tightness/ Pressure/ Contraction esp in Vagina, Uterus, Throat, Chest, Esophagus and Upper abdomen
  • Tightness in Vagina: Vaginismus
  • Tightness in Uterus: Crampy dysmenorrhea
  • Tightness in Throat: Hysteria
  • Tightness in Chest: Dyspnea
  • Tightness in Esophagus: Dysphagia

Mind

• Hypochondriasis: Fear of early death or incurability of his disease
• Very anxious and restless and screams in pain.
• Cold sweat on the face
• He is sad and likes to be alone and gets worse when comforted.
• 11 am or 11 pm: is a general modality

Gastroenteritis

• Contraction / Tightness in stomach, esp in the upper part of abdomen
• Nausea, vomiting (blood) and stomach pain, hot feeling
