Main features
- It comes suddenly and goes suddenly (Acon ₳ Bell)
- It is severe: Mind symptoms, Fever, Swelling and All symptoms
- Reliable technique for diagnosis is listening to patient. When he describes what happened, he says: It was terrible. As if a sudden, severe disaster were already happening.
- This extreme situation is against life and leads to the rapid activation of defense mechanisms.
- Acon is excellent remedy for flare-ups.
- Acon is used in one-sided symptoms, once an organ has a severe problem.
- He is dry and when he sweats, he feels better. (but not always)
- It is not inflamed, but it can have one-sided inflammation.
Fever
- Acon alone is very useful for fever control esp in fevers that has not reached pus formation.
- Never alternate Acon with another remedy to control fever
- Do not give Acon in typhoid fevers that lead to skin rash.
- Kent: Do not give Acon and Bell in the initial or continuing stages of typhoid fevers. Best remedies are Bry and Rhus-t and Apis
Acon in chronic conditions?
- Acon is the story of a person who had a severe reaction in the past under acute conditions, but now in less severe conditions, the body made a mistake and showed an inappropriate reaction of panic and intense heart palpitations.
