Lyc in Children

• Two aspects of personality and tension between these two is its diagnostic.
  • Anxiety / Insecurity /Irresolution / Fear of strangers make them weak and irritable

Hesitation

Fears / Insecurity

• Fearful child many fears esp insecurity
• Fears lead to physical symptoms, e.g. stomach-ache or diarrhea (Phos). (Lyc ₳ Phos)
• Fear /Anxiety face expression e.g. forehead folds

• He likes to be in his mother's arms, since in the presence of his parents, fears disappears.
• Fear of being alone or among strangers, e.g., he is afraid of doctor during the first interview
• Fear of dark, unknown things such as demons, ghosts, giants, and animals that may attack them.

Social affair

• Fear of failure esp in front of people
• Fear of starting new tasks
• Sensitive to being Scolded / Blamed / Losing social image
• He gives up soon
• He cares about his appearance, fashionable (Ars, Nat-m, Carc) (unlike Sul)

Insomnia

• Caused by Anticipation
• Caused by fear of the dark, Amel by light or sleep next to his parents.
• Talking or laughing while sleeping
• Thumb sucking when tired until late childhood or beyond
• Unlike Nat-m and Sul, he doesn't want to eat breakfast.
• Waking up at mid-night with panic / Does not know where he is.

Reliable symptoms

• Sweet lover

• Coldness, better with heat
• Many children who need Lyc may not have any digestive problems

Young girls

• Primary amenorrhea until the age of 17-18
• Lyc girls have male body. They are thin with big thighs and hips and small breasts. Their ovaries do not work well. (Calc-p) (Calc-p ₳ Lyc)
• Late puberty Med has premature puberty)
• PMS: Increased appetite, Constipation, Irritability, Crying
• Right ovary pain during ovulation

Child Colic

• Tympanic abdomen: Hot water massage and compresses help to get rid of gas and belching that heals the abdomen.
