- PML is a rare fatal viral disease characterized by Progressive Multi local inflammation of the white matter of brain.
- It is caused by the JCV, almost exclusively in AIDS. [1]
Signs and symptoms
- Clumsiness
- Progressive weakness
- Visual changes
- Speech changes
- Personality changes
- Psychosis [2]
