Miasmatic treatment

In order to find deep-acting remedy I suggest four diagnostic features:

  1. Bronchospasm
  2. Rhino-sinusitis
  3. GERD
  4. Apnea

Clinical categories

  1. Allergic:
    1. Rhinitis, Sinusitis: RBOL, RNV
    2. Urticaria: RBOL
    3. Atopic eczema: CXA, CXB
  2. Obstructive/ Spasmodic: Stridor, Croup, Inspiratory dyspnea: INFL, RSV, RBOL, PIV, CXA, CXB
  3. Pneumonic: Productive cough: RSV, HMPV, MTB, HPS

Important miasms

RNV
  • RNV is the best Allergic Rhinitis Asthma viral miasm in the absence of skin problems
  • RNV theme is not spasmodic but catarrhal.
  • Spring and autumn allergies (Specific)
  • Thin / Watery / Non-purulant secretions (INFL)
  • Mucoid secretions (Specific)
  • Maxillary allergic sinusitis (Specific)
  • Chest heaviness (Specific)
  • Sneezing (CXA-B, RBOL)
  • Laryngitis and Hoarseness + Dry coughs
  • Bronchiolitis
  • RNV Does not have : Urticaria, Eczema, Productive cough, Tracheitis, Pneumonia, hemoptysis, Vasculitis, Conjunctivitis, Blepharitis

RBOL
  • RBOL is the best Allergic Rhinitis Asthma viral miasm in the presence of skin problems Urticaria, Angioedema (specific)
  • RBOL theme is lying between spasmodic (INFL, RSV) / catarrhal (RNV).
  • Allergic sinusitis (RNV)
  • Cough
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Bronchiolitis, Pneumonia
  • Sneezing (CXA-B, RNV)
  • RBOL does not have: Eczema, Vasculitis, Tracheitis, Anaphylactic Shock, Laryngitis, Bronchitis

RSV
  • Purulent sinusitis, productive coughs (Specific)
  • Intercostal retraction (Severe distress) (HMPV)
  • Conjunctivitis (RBOL) Burning and Lachrymation
  • Paroxysmal periodic coughs (Specific)
  • Laryngitis, Bronchitis, Bronchiolitis, Tracheitis, Pneumonia
  • Does not have: Sneezing, Vasculitis, Anaphylactic Shock, Eczema, Urticaria, Croup

INFL
  • INFL has Obstructive/ Spasmodic theme
  • Winter aggravation (Specific) (Opposite to CXA-B)
  • Croup (RSV), Laryngitis, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Tracheitis
  • Dry Coughs
  • Burning / Pain under the sternum (Specific)
  • Shaking chills, agg by cold (CXA-B, HSV-1, HSV-2)
  • Calf pain and cramps (Specific)
  • Red and flushed face (Special)
  • Anaphylactic shock (CXA-B)

CXA-B
  • CXA-B is the best Asthma viral miasm in the presence of skin problems (Eczema)
  • It has Crosiveness of HSV
  • Eczema (HSV-1, HSV-2)
  • Bronchopneumonia, Interstitial pneumonia (Specific)
  • Laryngitis, Bronchitis, Bronchiolitis, Tracheitis
  • Anaphylactic Shock (INFL)
  • Blepharitis , Preorbital swelling (HSV)
  • Cold agg (INFL)
  • Muscle spasms (Trapezius, Back )
  • Pleurisy: Burning / Pain in Ribs and intercostal space (Specific)
  • Summer gripe (Special) (Opposite to INFL)
  • Cardiac asthma = Heart failure that leads to Pulmonary edema (Specific)
  • Sneezing (RNV, RBOL)

HMPV
  • It is useful in catharral Asthma with Productive coughs
  • Intercostal retraction (severe distress) (HMPV)
  • Otitis externa
  • Dysphagia (HSV)
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Maculopapular rashes on the Face / Trunk
  • Night agg
  • Pharyngitis, Laryngitis,
  • Bronchitis, Bronchiolitis , Pneumonia

HSV-1, HSV-2
  • HSV pathologies are always neuralgic. So everything is painful and somehow corrosive.
  • Shooting pains in the chest, esp under the sternum
  • Shaking chill (INFL, CXA-B)

  • Bronchitis, Pneumonia, esp interstitial pneumonia, Tracheitis
  • Ulcerative Rhinitis, Stomatitis
  • Acute respiratory distress
  • Eczema (CXA-B)

EBV
  • It is not an Asthma miasm, but it has tendency for Allergic reaction to special Food/ Drugs
