Main features

  • It comes suddenly and goes suddenly (Acon ₳ Bell)
  • It is severe: Mind symptoms, Fever, Swelling and All symptoms
  • Reliable technique for diagnosis is listening to patient. When he describes what happened, he says: It was terrible. As if a sudden, severe disaster were already happening.

Fever

  • Acon alone is very useful for fever control esp in fevers that has not reached pus formation.
  • Never alternate Acon with another remedy to control fever
  • Do not give Acon in typhoid fevers that lead to skin rash.
  • Kent: Do not give Acon and Bell in the initial or continuing stages of typhoid fevers. Best remedies are Bry and Rhus-t and Apis


Acon in chronic conditions?
