  • A lady, of 35, suffering from scanty menstruation. Deficiency of sexual hormones being the cause.
  • Background: Her husband has staunch faith in Homeopathy and fully convinced with the ways of Dr Sehgal’s Homeopathy. But the lady had no faith in Homeopathy specially, with reference to her own case. Might be that Dr. Sehgal had cured many other cases, but was not convinced that his method could raise hormones also. Her husband didn’t reveal all these things in the beginning .He simply asked for an appointment on telephone that he wanted to bring his wife for treatment.
  • Patient with a smile mix with shyness said to me: "Please let also my husband be here.
  • Encouraging her in an humorous way, I told her, “ You are grown up enough to explain and discuss your problems with me freely. And if needed I will call your husband later on to know more details about you.
  • At this she became silent. I asked her, “Are you not confident. That you will be able to explain things to me. With comfort in the absence of your husband. With a very pleasing and lovely manner. Smacking purity of purpose without mixture of any design. She laughed and said, “There is nothing the matter like that.”
  • “Here you are”. I said flatteringly.
  • D: “Now, please let me know how do you take your disease?”
  • P: “Not very seriously she said.”
  • D: Do you ever worry about it? P: No.
  • D: What will you like me to do for you? P: I shall like to be cured. D: Suppose I say there is no treatment for it. P: Even in that case I don’t mind.
  • Answer to all these questions were accompanied with a typical smile. And tossing of her head side ways. With a bit of hesitation. Without uttering complete sentences Mostly her replies are brief, uttering one word, yes, or no. As if she is concealing something.
Smacking, purity of purpose This phrase describes a state where someone's intentions and goals are completely sincere, honest, and focused on a single, uncorrupted aim. It means there are no hidden agendas, selfish motives, or conflicting desires clouding their actions.

Someone with purity of purpose is driven by a clear and genuine intention, often for a noble or ethical reason. Their actions are aligned with this singular, pure goal.
