- It a special behavior, neglecting important things such as his health.

- Blame himself for his folly / Reproached himself maybe the second stage of Indifference to Suffering / Frivolous / High spirited. Patient always come to see you in the second stage since in first stage they do not feel to need you. So in Reproaching state its useful to find what was the first stage which ends in Reproaching stage

- It is very similar to "Indifference to Suffering". In Frivolous the patient did not understand his disease / Suffering but in "Indifference to Suffering", he has understood it but since it did not hurt him yet, he ignored it til now. So it may become more serious, then he will react to it.
- It is very similar to "High spirited". He is not affected by bad news. They live without worry. Hyos and Op are High spirited. They do not worry about problems until it come so near to them.
- In Op when the danger come too near he tells you, how stupid I am that I did not listen to you. It 's my fault that I did not care it. He blames himself for his Foley.
