Arg-n in Sehgal

It is very rarely used in Sehgal Method.

Absorbed, alternating with frivolity	Two states are alternating, means following one other successively. Frivolity means the act of unseriousness. After staying in an absorbed state, means to go deeper and thinking seriously about his sickness or situation in life, he comes out of the deep state, to the things so seriously. He shrugs off the burden.
