Epididymorchitis

  • The most common use of Clem is Epididymorchitis (Testis / Scrotum / Spermatic cord) with induration / Hardness (Clem ₳ Staph) (Clem ₳ Rhod)
  • Pain, bruising and stretching
  • Esp after suppression of gonorrhea
  • Agg at night / Lying down
  • Agg with heat
  • More in right
  • If Orchitis is treated with Puls and hardness remains, It requires Clem (Kent)
  • Inguinal lymphadenopathy (4 rubrics, 3 lines)
  • Mucus in the urine
  • Painful and intense ejaculation


Herpetic rash

  • With itching and stinging pain
  • Rashes with stinging and burning pain (Sep) (Clem ₳ Sep)
  • Itchy rash (Rhus-t, Sep)
  • Small and psoriatic scaly rashes (Phos), esp on the back of the head or lower leg.
  • Vesicular rash on the hands and fingers that spreads.
  • Washing esp with cold water is worse
  • Vesicular, pustular, erosive rash that leads to a wide and erosive skin ulcer with a thick scab or eczema.
  • Clem is good remedy for Herpetic eruptions and a good Complementary remedy for Merc. But it is not useful in HSV-2 miasm. (Clem ₳ Merc)


Urethritis, Cystitis

  • Urethritis and its complications such as Constriction (Con) and duct secretions and purulent deposits in urine
  • Severe urethral burning after urination (Sars)
  • Urine comes out drop by drop and involuntarily, esp after finishing urination
  • Strong urinary urging but only a few drops come out.
  • The flow of urine is drop by drop and his urine stops and starts, esp at the beginning of urination.
  • Urinary burning during urination, esp at the beginning
  • Sudden urges that he may not be able to control
  • Feeling of incompleteness, interruption or weakening of the flow of urine
  • Incontinence after urination
