Sign / Symptoms
77% of the patients had ≥3 of the following symptoms:
- Encephalopathy (Cognitive deficits / Seizures)
- Cerebellar dysfunction
- Peripheral nervous system hyperexcitability
- Dysautonomia
- Insomnia
- Neuropathic pain
- Weight loss
- Thymoma, occurred in 19% of the patients [1]
