Difference
- Agar is more sensitive to pressure even there is no pain in lumbar region. A slight pressure causes murmur and laughing
- Tell is more sensitive to movement and touch
- Tell's pain is very sudden and intense and is less associated with Tingling / Prickling
- If the pain is to spread downwards on the right, the remedy is Agar NOT tell.
