  • They have limbic encephalitis with amnesia and/or confusion (100%)
    • Up to 13% of patients with LGI1 Abs develop cognitive impairment. [1]
  • Seizures (84-92%): Tonic seizures with movements of Leg, Arm or Face (Faciobrachial dystonic seizures) [2]
