FP is a Tissue Salt remedy

Core theme

• Inflammation
• Acute conditions such as Bronchitis, Gastritis, Laryngitis, Mastitis, Nephritis, Pericarditis, Periostitis, Phlebitis, Pleuritis, Tonsillitis, Abscess, Arthritis, Erysipelas
• Fever. Give FP in these situation when the patient has fever
• Pain: Agg /Onset of pain with movement, Amel with movement

Inflammation

• FP is the first and best remedy of Inflammation
• FP should be adminstrated at the first step, dose not mater it is completely match the state or not
• The onset of inflammation with fever; Heat, congestion, throbbing, swelling
• It is the first remedy prescribed in acute diseases. Esp in
  • Bronchitis, tonsillitis
  • Periostitis
  • Abscess
  • Erysipelas: With high fever. If skin breaks and has severe infiltration, give NP
• Injected eyes
• Pelvic inflammatory disease

Fever

Give FP in these situations when the patient has fever

• Teething
• Appendicitis
• Nocturnal enuresis
• Carbuncle
• PMS
• Lymphadenopathy
• Orchitis
• After delivery to prevent fever
• Hay fever
• Neuralgia

Infectious disease

• Chicken pox
• Measles
• Mumps
• Common cold: Fever, Inflammation+ Catarrh

Trauma

• in Blunt or Sharp trauma in order to prevent or treat fever
• Fractures, Contusion, Wounds, Sprains etc
• Head trauma and brain contusion
• Aphonia: Due to too much talking, singing and shouting
• Sprains

Bleeding

• Anemia caused by bleeding
• Nosebleeds: When the bleeding is clear
• Bleeding from anywhere as long as the blood is clear
• Hemorrhoid when it alternates with heavy bleeding.

Skin

• Boils esp Gum boil
• Scarlet fever
• Wounds

Respiratory tract

• Catarrhal conditions such as Bronchitis
• Common cold: Nasal congestion, Cough, Sore throat
• Croup

GI tract

• Constipation: In an anemic patient. Pale, flushed, palpitations + Hemorrhoids
• Diarrhea: when it contains undigested food
• Colic: Colic / Cramp during menses
• Stomach Disorders Inflammation with severe pain, esp after eating
• Dysentery: FP alternating with KM
• Babies with watery diarrhea, containing undigested food, hot skin

Croup

• When the patient has fever, give FP and alternate it with KM,
• If recovery does not progress well, CP will be the next remedy.

Ear

• Tinnitus withHearing impairment / Deafness
• Throbbing in the ear, ear inflammation and earache caused by cold or moisture, crackling in the ear when swallowing food

Genitourinary

• Menstruation: Painful menses, Hot face and vomiting
• Problems caused by suppression of menses due to cold
• Gonorrhea
• PMS: Painful Congestion. FP can be prescribed before menses for prophylaxis.
• Cystitis: With retention and urgency

Head and nervous system

• Headache in general caused by cold, sunlight, heat, throbbing, fever and congestion
• Stroke: FP is the first remedy followed by SIL
• Back pain: Due to cold, Rheumatic back pain. The next remedy is KM
• Epileptic seizures: The main remedy is KM, but FP is also used.
• Neuralgia: Agg by cold. The patient has inflammation

Mental

• Insomnia without a specific reason and mostly nervous insomnia
• irritability, neuralgia, Palpitation

harshness of voice due to cold, humidity, using too much voice)
