• Infantile eczema, and with FP for a variety of children’s ailments

Common Cold

KM is not the first stage remedy but the best choice in Chronic / Subacute complication of common cold such as

• Dryness of mucus membranes which ends in Sinusitis or Epistaxis: Clotted / Dark blood

• Chronic Otitis Media: Eustachian tube catarrh that causes hearing loss and chronic catarrh

• Pharyngitis: Swollen and gray-white patches /Painful swallowing /Copious sputum + Throat lymphadenopathy
• White / Gray tongue
• Blepharitis with white-gray discharge
• Allergic Conjunctivitis: Lachrymation / Watery discharge / Photophobia /Impaired vision which may leads is Corneal ulcer

Infectious disease

• In VZV When the vesicles are opened
• In the second phase of RBOL when the cough appears
• The main MMP remedy
• In Scarlet fever When the rushes are discounted or gone

Respiratory tract

• When bronchitis leads to cough and white-gray sputum
• Croupy cough, with white-gray coated tongue, + White sputum
• In alternation with FP when croup is accompanied by fever
• Aphonia due to Overuse of larynx (Talking, Shouting, Lecturing),
• Laryngitis with Prolonged episodes of voice loss
• KM is The second remedy after, which is prescribed when pleural effusion occurs
• Pneumonia with Fibrinous exudate (Thick and Creamy white)

Menstrual problems:

• Dark bleeding (Opposite to FP light bleeding) (FP ₳ KM)
• Delayed menses
• Clotted and dark menses

Others

• Orchitis: When the inflammation subsides, as a post-FP remedy
• As a second remedy for rheumatism, when the pain subsides or is relieved by FP It should be prescribed alternately with FP.
