Indifference means:
- There is no emotional reaction
- He has no care but may have interest

D: Why did not you take any treatment before?
P: I never get scared of any problem whether it is related to my body, my profession, my family or home. For the last 3 months I have been feeling some problem but I ignored it. A couple of days back I got some medical investigation done for it. They diagnosed a problem in my stomach for which there is no allopathic medicine except surgery. Since I have come to know that my problem’s only solution is surgery, I am thinking on how to avoid surgery. I don’t want to have surgery for it. I wish it would be cured with medicine, no matter how much time and money I have to spend. I am capable to buy even the costliest medicine. I beg and pray you to please take me out of this problem.

Truth, tell the plain Fear, betrayed, of being Cautious	I must tell you the truth, I did not take my problem seriously in the beginning. I kept on ignoring it considering it as a minor problem. One day I read an article in a health magazine about problems related to throat problems, in which they have mentioned that if somebody has such and such symptoms, chances are that he or she could have an impending serious condition of health. Thereafter I have become cautious and now I am taking it seriously.

It means that Op, Stram and Hyos do not complain/ Remain calm in the first stage of their disease (of course with different reasons).

Both Hyos and Op feel that they are ill but they deny the severity. Hyos denes it since he is afraid of Medical complications and so he avoid any treatment. Op thinks this is a small disease and he could solve it by himself. Stram is not here. He does not complain in the first stage of their disease, but when he understand his disease, he is frightened since he overestimate the severity of his disease. This is opposite to Hyos and Op.
Stram also does not complain in the first stage of their disease, since he has NO sense of danger. Here Op has also the same feeling
Op and Hyos Asks for nothing because they do not understand the severity of their diseases.
Hyos and Op are more similar. Both do not complain in the first stage of their disease. Both deny the severity of their disease so they ask for nothing, But there is a basic difference. Op is Content / Satisfied but Hyos is always suspicious and full of overestimations about his disease but he tries to hide all of his fears since he does not to take medicine which may be Risky/ Harmful
