Definition

Miasms are Natural Accompaniment of Special entities which happen sequentially and accept special modalities

1. Specific identity: Like entities, they have specific and independent nature, meaning that they cannot be transformed into each other. They have definite borders with each other. Also means that every miasm has special accompaniments of entities. Here is a point that miasms are not as strict as entities, means that they are more flexible than entities. Every entity have rate of prevalence in a miasm. You may assume that miasms may change to each other. But that 's wrong. Every miasm has speceific accompaniment of entities, but depends on its condition in Host body, it could presents all of his entities or some entities would not appeared. This sows a completely dynamic image of miasms.
2. Dynamic: Miams are dependent from each other but they have common entities with each other, therefore they constantly influence each other and this increase their dynamicity. They react to environmental stimuli. Because of their specific identity, they react in an stable manner, which is diagnostic for them. Any static disorder such as Ill effects of trauma, Mineral/ Nutrient deficiencies, External pressure of tumors and Electrolyte disturbances and effects of body tissues' destruction is different form miasm and belongs to category of disease. According to this definition, genetic diseases are not considered as miasms because they are based on a fixed and unchanged genetic disorder.
3. Modality: Modalities are natural outcomes of dynamic, specific identity of miasms. Miasms are alive so they react to their surrounding environment. They have specific identity, so they usually react in a same manner. This stable reaction is named as modality, which would be characteristic for differential diagnosis of them.
4. Natural: Miasms are not direct effect of Toxins or Mechanical / Chemical trauma. They form naturally in body organs.
5. Sequence or Time Precedence and delay: Miasm is not simple sum of entities. When special entities co-occur in a special sequence and accept special modalities, they could be categorized under a miasm.

Miasms are virtual models

• In my opinion, miasm does not exist externally. Rather, it is a model created by the mind of homeopaths to explain the progress and transmission of diseases.

The tragedy of Medicine

• What this model supposed to solve, that many basic and applied medical sciences have not yet succeeded?

Ants or termites?

Ants build their nests simply by piling holes in an orderly manner, but termites build it entirely on the basis of a central idea. Sherwin considers the anthill to be like a yard made of whatever mosaics were available, so it has little order.
• Indeed, our medical knowledge is more similar to which type of house building? Ants or termites?
• No one can deny the progress of basic sciences that have advanced medical knowledge to such an extent. But the numerous failures of doctors in treating patients cannot be denied. On the other hand, everywhere we are faced with this clever saying that medicine is an art. Now, if we believe that basic sciences such as genetics, physiology and pathology have been successful in discovering the cause of diseases to a large extent, radiology and laboratory sciences have also achieved a high degree of success in diagnosing diseases, and pharmacists also with the help of Advanced techniques have created the best, fastest-acting and least-complicated drugs. So in this case, it is the technology that will cure the patient and the doctor's art cannot be so important.

But the reality is something else. Medicine is still a human art despite the tremendous advancement of technology.

Why?

Pathologists only look at the disease from one point of view, and for this reason, so do diagnostic devices. Medicines also.

Finally, the patient's prescription turned into a courtyard carpeted with every available mosaic.

Only an artistic doctor can put some order in this chaotic market, and this is where patients are willing to pay as much as necessary to meet such doctors.

The answer is one word. "Miasm"

Miasm as a complex system

This is what we do everyday in our office. Miasms are models of the entire story of a disease according to complex system theory. In this theory, miasms contains a lots of nodes and relations which interact to each other in order to respond to environmental input as appropriate as possible. Like other system, the gold aim of a miasm is survival and reproduction. And this is their life which interfer ours and you all know the end of story which is named disease. Physician's art would be modeling of disease in an computable manner in order to design an effective plan of treatment. And why I consider miasm as a complex system? Because it is self-organized, self-controlled and dynamic.

Miasm is alive, which means that it is able to maintain and protect its borders with neighboring systems or its non-living environment. Miasm, like any other living system, is always in danger of being destroyed, so it is constantly rebuilding itself to continue its life.

Miasm has the ability to reproduce itself. This is the transmission of the disease from one person to another, and finally the miasm has a repeating pattern. This is the interesting part of my article, because I'm going to model this repetitive pattern and teach you how to identify and treat it.

Entities are Miasm elements. Entities are organel pathologic involvements. Tonsilitis, Gastritis, Hepatitis and entities. Entities have special identity. They have some special Sign/ Symptoms that a physician could diagnose by means of clinical history, Examination and para clinic tests. Entities are not the first satage of histology, but it is the first stage of pathology which could be capture an identity. For example dermatitis is an entity. As you know skin has three layers which contains many different functions. Some of them have protective function, some are neural receptors, some are involved in circulation and others are member of immunologic system. But in dermatitis, a special kind of cells are involved. Entity could be defined as involvement of functional body units.

Most of miasms have a starting general image, which is famous as flu like sign / symptoms. In the second stage the Exclusive story is starting by serial involvent of special functional units which is named entities. The senario continues in an specific design, which is Predetermined by miasm. Miasms have specific agents that determine the The possibility of tissue involvement but Do not be mistaken miasm is not determinde by a central brain, named miasm agent, since its pattern of action depends on bilateral ... miasm agent and body's host physiology .

Modalities contain any quality of entities such as intensity, the response of entities to external stimuli such as heat, pressure, motion etc. It means that miasm may/ may not have modalities which could / could not give it a special image. But modalities are not necessary needed for explain a miasm.
