Zinc is restless at the beginning of sleep and shakes his hand/leg or his body jumps, but he gets better as he sleeps.
Ign falls asleep without Jerk, but in deep sleep he wakes up with Jerk at once. (opposite Zinc)
Agar is not used in sleep-jerking. He is jumpy during the day, but at night the condition improves
