- Op does not know which problem is more important and he should discuss it with the doctor, so he does not go to the doctor
- Hyos is too suspicious and curious. Therefore he spent his time on searching for best Doctor.
- Op is not inquisitive (opposite to Hyos)
- Hyos is afraid of being betrayed
- Also Hyos has fear as if he could not explain his malady to the doctor, therefore the doctor make mistake in diagnosis
