Recognizes, everything but cannot move/ Catalepsy in Cocc, Sang:	Here in this rubric, he tells you without any emotions that he knows that his disease is not curable then why should he worry about it? Adds further, My job is to make efforts and not think beyond that. He becomes despair from recovery but something (Maybe caring for his family members) make him not stopping his treatment.
Defiant	It is another side of these two rubrics. He wants to live as a healthy man. I must get well, whatever may be the cost and whatever may be the effort or I will commit suicide.
