According to Sehgal, both have Gesture make, Groping as if in the dark. So both are moving into light.
Both of them do not go to Doctor soon.
Both have "Indifference, complains does not" at first of his disease. But Op think it is not big and it has not passed from his limits but Hyos thinks it has not causes Risk yet.
Hyos does not go to doctor til the limit of Risk and Pain. But Op does not go to doctor only when he understand the problem may become big and out of extravagance
Both are Cautious: Op tells you Doctor 3 years ago I had such a problem, I went to a doctor and after taking medicine, It agg. Please take care you do not repeat such a mistake. Hyos is anxious about another unknown aggs.

Op has rubric "Indifference, Suffering to" but Hyos does not have it. It is a good differentiation.
Op does not know which problem is more important and he should discuss it with the doctor, so he does not go to the doctor
Hyos is too suspicious and curious. Therefore he spent his time on searching for best Doctor.
Op is not inquisitive (opposite to Hyos)
Hyos is afraid of being betrayed
Also Hyos has fear as if he could not explain his malady to the doctor, therefore the doctor make mistake in diagnosis
