- Here in this rubric, he tells you without any emotions that he knows that his disease is not curable then why should he worry about it?
- Adds further, My job is to make efforts and not think beyond that.
- He becomes despair from recovery but something (Maybe caring for his family members) make him not stopping his treatment.

- It is another side of these two rubrics. He wants to live as a healthy man. I must get well, whatever may be the cost and whatever may be the effort or I will commit suicide.
