Definition
- The patient has a bad past experience, so he fears if his recent disease reach the point of his previous experience. This is different from fear of being injured. In fear of injury, the patient only has heard or seen such a bad disease and has a ambiguous fear that his present illness would become similar to that bad disease.
- Med: PA in anticipation of upcoming events where a person gets into a state of severe panic, esp ahead of the time set for the event.
