Sul in brief	Persons of psoric temperament, nervous, quick tempered. Dirty looking persons who are always speculating on religious or philosophical subjects. Reliable indicators	Plethoric (Warmth, Local Heat / Inflammation / Flushing, esp foot-soles) although it may be accompanied by a general cold, which is not a rejection. Primary psora	As you probably know, Hahnemann prescribe Sul for primary Psora in Chronic disease. What is the philosophy of this prescription? Problems following the control of skin lesions, which is actually a kind of returning the patient to the original image or at least bringing him closer to the original state. Suppressing rashes has distanced the patient from the condition of internal cheek disease. Because a patient with a skin lesion cannot have internal problems at the same time.
