Unlocalized heaviness
- Due to the venous-stasis nature of the Aesc, the pain is not severe and is more of a vague heaviness in various lumbosacral areas (Nux-v)

- Aesc is the only remedy for hemorrhoids without constipation: it is caused by hepatic and vascular congestion
