Banerji protocols
First line	Hep C1000 one dose weekly Ust C200, BD for 3 month
Second line	Phos C1000 one dose every 10 days for 3 month
Third line	Fl-ac C200 one dose every 3 days if the causation is Radiotherapy/ Chemotherapy
