• It is a Sehgal Third Degree Rubric.
• We are all hopeful, but where shall we use this rubric? When there is not logical reason for hope, for example in end-stage disease, and the patient have hope, we can use this rubric
• The patient tells you, maybe there would be a way left for my treatment
• If the patient tells you that he has some periods of hopeless, you cannot use this rubric.

Degree of Hope

Remedies have different amount of hope
