Respiration
Boger described Spong with three respiratory rubrics

Apnea
- He wake up with Great fear/ Dyspnea before he realizes his surroundings (Carb-v ₳ Spong)
- Feeling of dying. It seems like his last breath.
- In this case, he can be saved by Carb-v, but if asthma returns later due to a cold, give him Nat-s.
- Spong and Ip only have a temporary improvement. (Carb-v ₳ Spong) (Ip ₳ Spong)
Cough
- Croupy / Suffocative cough that wakes him up with Dyspnea + Cold sweat
- As if air passage is narrowed and he amel with coughs. (unlike Ign and All-c)
- Agg with Deep breathing / Excitement
- Dry coughs Amel with drinking and eating
- Caused by irritation of the larynx
- Paroxysmal successive Coughs
